To access the New River portal, please review the following information:

You need to locate your username in People Search
your password is your 9-digit ID number with N and r included

Your username should look something like this: smith_ab
and your password is initially your 9-digit ID number with uppercase N in front of it and lowercase r after it (should look something like N000456789r)

How do I know if I have an account?
If you find your name in People Search, then you have an account.
If you search for your name in People Search and don't find it, then please contact
the Help Desk (304-929-6725 or itsupport@newriver.edu) for assistance.
